<p>The Commission has just provided an update recent developments and the draft minutes of the meetings on ventilation units, space and water heaters that can be commented upon until 7 January 2022. </p>

<p>A delegated regulation supplementing the Taxonomy Regulation was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) on 10 December 2021. It specifies the content and presentation of information to be disclosed by undertakings subject to the corporate sustainability reporting requirements of the Accounting Directive 2013/34/EU modified by the Non-Financial Reporting Directive 2014/95/EU.</p>

<p>In 2020 the Commission stopped the informal practice of sharing Inter-Service-Consultation (ISC) Working Documents with the members of the Consultation Forum. In March 2021, twelve associations, including Eurovent, requested the Commission to re-introduce and maintain this informal practice. </p>

The SRI training webinar took place on 7 December 2021. A draft for an SRI certificate is subject to a survey until 15 January 2022. An SRI Platform will be launched on 16 December for which one can register.

<p>The HLCF is meant to co-create the green, digital and resilient transition pathways for the EU construction industry ecosystem. It would result in a commitment towards this transition rather than a directive or regulation. </p>
