Humanity’s ecological footprint is estimated to be around 1,6 planet Earths and growing, with around 60% of it accounted for by carbon emissions. Products and production processes must become more sustainable and circular to fit within planetary boundaries. Eurovent favours a sensible regulatory framework that harmonises requirements for products’ energy performance and lifetime environmental impacts and helps close the loop on productive cycles.
