<p>DG CLIMA of the European Commission has asked Öko-Recherche of Germany to carry out this study. The Member States and selected stakeholders have been asked to provide input by 31 May 2016.</p>

<p>China Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Industry Association (CRAA), Chinese Association of Refrigeration (CAR), World Society of Sustainable Energy Technologies (WSSET), Xi'an Polytechnic University and University of Hull are organizing the 1st conference of a series of conferences that would be organised in cities along the “Silk Road” with the last conference taking in Europe.</p>

<p>DG GROW has launched this consultation to gathering input from stakeholders to assess the impact of EU legislation (in the areas of internal market, energy efficiency, environment, health and safety) on the sustainability and competitiveness of the construction sector, and also quantify the costs and benefits of applicable EU legal acts for the construction industry.</p>

<p>This is the 4^th update that has been published by the Concerted Action Energy Performance of Buildings. The volume has grown to 594 pages. The Country reports provide for useful information.</p>

<p>AREA, the European association of refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump (RACHP) contractors has been closely following the legislation its field and has produced a number of guidelines on how to handle refrigerants.</p>

<p>The application of the 2015/1535/EU (previously Directive 98/34/EC Directive) has also been extended to new standardisation work undertaken by National Standard Bodies (AENOR, AFNOR, DIN, UNI…) at national level. These notifications are registered centrally by the CEN Management Centre and a "Monthly Notifications Register" is circulated in English to the CEN Members and the European Commission. The National Standard Body generally provides the relevant associations with a copy of these updates.</p>

<p>The Commission has circulated this draft together with the related technical document for the calculation and measurement of the parameter SFPint to the members of the Consultation Form and stakeholders.</p>
