Public consultation on the EU Fitness Check for the Construction Sector (GEN – 689.00)

DG GROW has launched this consultation to gathering input from stakeholders to assess the impact of EU legislation (in the areas of internal market, energy efficiency, environment, health and safety) on the sustainability and competitiveness of the construction sector, and also quantify the costs and benefits of applicable EU legal acts for the construction industry.
