Xander Van Bree has been re-elected as Vice-Chairperson of the Eurovent Product Group ‘Air Curtains and Fan Heaters’ (PG-CUR), reinforcing his ongoing leadership role within the European HVAC sector.

The announcement follows a meeting of the product group, which took place at the beginning of April. The PG-CUR group focuses on advancing standards, innovation, and advocacy for air curtain units and fan heater technologies. Van Bree, who serves as Managing Director of Frico B.V., brings more than three decades of experience in the HVAC industry. He has been actively involved in the development of the air curtain sector at both national and European levels, contributing to technical studies, regulatory initiatives, and market development efforts.

His re-election ensures continuity in the group’s leadership as it continues to address key industry challenges, including energy efficiency, sustainability, and evolving regulatory requirements. The Product Group plays a central role in shaping best practices and technical guidance, such as recent recommendations on air curtain classification and application.
