Eurovent PG-RT appoints new leadership
Jeremy Wallet Laily of LFB Group has been elected Chairperson, with Damiano Rossi of Clivet taking on the role of Vice-Chairperson of the Eurovent Product Group Rooftop Units (PG-RT). The appointments were made during the group’s meeting in Madrid on 26 October 2026.
Jeremy Wallet Laily (Technology Manager & RTU NPI Manager at LFB Group) and Damiano Rossi (Product Manager at Clivet) bring professional experience in rooftop unit technology, new product introduction and product management. Their appointments provide an opportunity to build on the group’s existing work while continuing to address issues of shared interest to manufacturers across Europe.
The new leadership will guide the group’s activities and support continued cooperation between Eurovent members on technical matters, market developments and regulatory issues affecting rooftop units. As an important part of the European heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) sector, rooftop units face evolving requirements around energy efficiency, product performance and environmental impact.
The meeting also marked an opportunity to recognise the contribution of outgoing Chairperson Filip Konieczny, who had led PG-RT since November 2020. Participants thanked Filip Konieczny for his service, commitment and leadership over nearly six years. During his tenure, he helped guide the group’s work and facilitate cooperation among members, supporting the continued exchange of technical knowledge and industry perspectives.
Eurovent expresses its appreciation to Filip Konieczny for his contribution to PG-RT and the wider Association. His departure from the Chairperson role marks the conclusion of an important period for the group, while the election of the new leadership provides continuity for its ongoing activities.
