The European Commission has recently adopted a delegated Regulation which amends the existing Regulation on the labelling of air conditioners and refrigerating appliances with a direct sales function.

The European Commission recently shared the draft minutes of the Consultation Forum on the revision of the Ecodesign Regulation (EU) 2016/2281 on air heating and cooling products.
The Commission published several key initiatives to advance the circular economy. These include the rules on waste shipments, an evaluation of electronic waste legislation, and new rules to improve recycling efficiency.
The Commission welcomes the provisional agreement reached between the European Parliament and the Council on the so-called ‘one substance, one assessment’ (OSOA) package.
Recently, the Commission started the Call for evidence on the revision of the Ecodesign and Energy Labelling Regulations for refrigerating appliances with a direct sales function, Regulations (EU) 2019/2024 and (EU) 2019/2018.
