The Commission welcomes the provisional agreement reached between the European Parliament and the Council on the so-called ‘one substance, one assessment’ (OSOA) package.
The European Commission published the Omnibus IV package which includes amendments to the F-Gas Regulation. The purpose of this initiative is to simplify existing administrative and reporting requirements.

UK from 01 January 2025 will impede the placing on the market of single split air-conditioning systems containing less than 3 kg of fluorinated greenhouse gases with GWP of 750 or more.
