Review of the Methodology for Ecodesign of Energy related Products (MEErP) and update on SPI (GEN – 1258.00)

The revision fits within the current Ecodesign Framework Directive 2009/125. It is the first update since 2013 and, while not linked to the separate Sustainable Policy Initiative, the revision will look to update the environmental data sets for the EcoReportTool and consider the possibility to include material efficiency aspects and of environmental footprint/ecological profile aspects.
