Report Energy Transition of the EU Building Stock – Unleashing the 4th Industrial Revolution in Europe (GEN – 708.00)

In earlier documents we pointed out the proliferation of national and European initiatives regarding resource efficiency, environmental product declarations and public consultations that are likely to influence the development of future legislation. The enclosed report suggests the first steps towards an improved coherence and governance structure at EU level. It provides ideas and thoughts that could be used in future in particular in relation to the renovation of EU building stock.
