Regulation EU 2019/1020 on Market Surveillance and Compliance of Products (GEN – 1254.00)

This Regulation applies to all products subject to EU harmonised Regulations, e.g. Ecodesign Implementing Regulations and provides for an enforcement of market surveillance activities. The Regulation also indicated that by 2021 a EUPCN would be set up. A draft guidance has also been developed for joint activities to promote compliance.
