Public consultation on the Internal Market for goods – enforcement and compliance – until 31 October 2016 (GEN – 702.00)

The European Commission has launched a public consultation on the Internal Market for Goods (enforcement and compliance), as announced in the Single Market Strategy. This consultation seeks stakeholders’ feedback on the extent of product non-compliance, and the underlying reasons of this issue in different sectors, the impact of this problem, as well as the adequate actions to address non-compliance.
