The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has opened a six-month consultation on the PFAS restriction proposal, prepared by the Danish, German, Dutch, Norwegian and Swedish authorities. The consultation closes on 25 September 2023.

The European Chemicals Agency plans to launch a consultation on the draft opinion of its Committee for Socio-Economic Analysis (SEAC) on the proposed EU-wide restriction of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
