Eurovent is the association of the European Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) industry. Our association acts as a bridge between our members and the EU institutions to enable heating, cooling, and ventilation technologies to contribute to the EU’s sustainability ambitions. Your responsibilities
As our Operations Officer, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that data is accurate, IT systems are running efficiently, administrative processes are seamless, and financial tasks are well-managed. You will work closely with our Team and external partners to maintain operational excellence and support strategic growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain Zoho CRM data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Optimise CRM workflows, assist with dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Provide technical support and manage IT systems (Office 365, Dropbox/OneDrive, Teams, NemoVote, and others).
- Lead or support transitions between tools and platforms.
- Organise and support weekly team meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Assist with HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, and internal communications.
- Support travel arrangements, budget monitoring, and administrative tasks.
- Manage website content, corporate correspondence, and procurement of office services.
- Assist in creating, processing, and monitoring invoices and payments.
- Train and guide team members on CRM, IT tools, and best practices in data management.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:
- has proven experience in operations, administration, or CRM management (Zoho preferred)
- has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- has the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- is tech-savvy with experience in Office 365, Dropbox/OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools
- is committed to data security, compliance, and process optimisation
- has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- is proficient in English; other languages are a plus
