Membership to this group is limited to Eurovent Services Company Board Members, who automatically receive access after being appointed.

Scope:	The Eurovent Services Company Board is a decision-making body that consists of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Board Members. The key role of the Eurovent Services Company Board is coordinating the activities of Eurovent Services Company. The Board has full management and administrative powers, with the exception of those tasks falling within the remit of the General Assembly.
