The European Commission is organising a two-day online event on the preparation of guidance for the national implementation of EPBD recast, on 13 and 14 November.

The EU has appointed a study consultant to evaluate best-practice support measures that promote building decarbonisation, to be financed from ETS 2 revenues.
The Commission opened the call for evidence and public consultation for the Industrial Decarbonisation Accelerator Act. The deadline for the call for evidence is 08 July 2025, and for the public consultation, it is 09 July 2025.
Feedback is open on two EPBD draft proposals: a delegated act on revised methodology to calculate minimum energy performance requirements, and an implementing act on information templates for the EU Building Stock Observatory.
The Clean Industrial Act was published on February 26. It aims to ensure access to affordable energy, boost demand for decarbonised products, and stimulate private and public investment in the clean transition.
Commission takes action to ensure complete and timely transposition of EU directives. One of these directives is regarding the agreed provisions on phasing out financial incentives for stand-alone boilers powered by fossil fuels....
The first stakeholder consultation workshop on the design of a new auction for industrial process heat decarbonisation under the Innovation Fund will be held on 16 April 2025.
